Refine the original plan
To this point, we have been operating with the rough ideas generated in the initial meeting with experts and volunteers.
With the date set and venue booked, it’s time to get the plan more refined. This involves setting the all the specific details and rules of the event, what will result in the event regulation.
This document is your “Bible” and any question related with the event, must be answer there. Only after this document is done, you can lunch the event. Make it disable for all because participants must be completely aware of these rules before they sign up to participate in the event.
Focusing on details will help you get a clearer picture of the supplies and services you need. To be more efficient, make a list of the needed supplies and their prices. This way, it will be harder for you to overlook anything.
Tip: If you don’t have experience in writhing regulations, look for 3 or 4 similar events and try to use their best ideas, together with the knowledge of your team of specialists in the area.
