BIAS Local Event

BAIS and their motivated volunteers organized the first local event in Budapest at Normafa on the 30th of October 2021.

It was the participants first experience organizing such an event that aims to promote parkour and street workout, combined with community building games.

During the “Go with the flow” workshop the participants firstly got the chance to try out and master the basics of parkour, which was followed by the basics of street workout.

In the end everyone could took home a foundation to a new way of exploring their movement vocabulary.

The event was successful not just from the workshop side, but from the community side as well, because the participants stayed longer to get to know each other, sharing stories around  a campfire and creating connections that might help them to continue practicing urban sports.
